Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions
“The referring client” is an individual or organisation providing a business referral to Netlogic IT.
The following puts forward an understanding between the two parties:
The REFERRER shall receive commission for acting on its own behalf for referring customers to Netlogic IT. REFERRER shall have no other interest in, nor further relationship with Netlogic IT except that of a customer of Netlogic IT.
When referring candidates, you must have the consent of the person you are referring before making the recommendation. Netlogic IT reserves the right to mention the name of the person making the referral when contacting potential candidates.
The REFERRER will earn a 10% finder’s fee of our initial fee, with no maximum. For each successful referral to Netlogic IT that has not had any previous direct communications with Netlogic IT regarding the referred requirement.
The finder’s fee will be paid within 14 days following receipt of full payment from the referred customer for the referred services. There is no limit to the number of clients you may refer.
To qualify for the commission, REFERRER shall provide the following information:
Prospect name
Prospect email
Prospect telephone number
Service of potential interest
